Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact, and include the completed return form.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your receipt until you receive your refund confirmation via email.
